Who are we?

Insurance Solutions Corporation Pty Ltd (Insurance Solutions) is an Australian Financial Services Licensee (AFS Licence No 247033) that specialises in general insurance broking and risk management.

We are 100% Australian-owned and have been operating since 1993 with the principals of the company having a combined total of more than 75 years experience within the Insurance industry.

We are a well-known and established general insurance broker with a reputation for professionalism and a commitment to understanding our client’s insurance needs, concerns and issues.

Because we are committed to the professionalism of our industry, we are a member/shareholder of the Steadfast Group Limited (‘SGL’). As a shareholder of SGL, we have access to member services including model operating and compliance tools, procedures, manuals and training, legal, technical, banking and recruitment advice and assistance, group insurance arrangements, product comparison and placement support, claims support and group purchasing arrangements.

These member services are either funded by SGL, subsidized by SGL or available exclusively to shareholders for a fee.

SGL is also a holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence # 254928 and you can obtain a copy of their Financial Services Guide on their website www.steadfast.com.au.

We are also members of the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia (‘NIBA’) which represents around 500 principal members and 2,600 individual Qualified Practising Insurance Brokers. As a member firm of NIBA, we are subject to strict screening procedures to maintain our membership as well as enforceable codes of conduct and practice. We also subscribe to and comply with the National Insurance Brokers Association’s “Code of Practice” which establishes standards of how we deal with our clients – by doing so, we are able to offer the highest level of insurance advice & service to our clients.
